Responsibilities & Context:
Green Delta Assist Limited a subsidiary of Green Delta Insurance Company Limited is looking for an ambitious and talented Warehouse Manager for its retail pharmacy chain with Aster Pharma.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records through cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliations.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment based on demand forecasts and reorder points.
Track losses, shrinkage, expiry, and damages with proper documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
Supply Chain Coordination
Support procurement by preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors.
Monitor lead times, supplier performance, and deviations in delivery schedules.
Assist in demand forecasting based on historical data and operational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Maintain communication with suppliers to address delays, shortages, or quality issues.
Warehouse & Logistics Management
Oversee inbound and outbound processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely movement of goods.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and housekeeping of warehouse inventory.
Coordinate dispatch schedules and logistics for timely delivery.
Maintain alignment between warehouse operations and supply chain demand.
Systems & Reporting
Update ERP/inventory management systems with accurate and timely data.
Generate and analyze inventory and supply chain MIS reports.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
