We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and motivated Accounts officer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for account keeping and financial management.

Job Summary: Responsible for accounts keeping, financial statements generation and reporting, VAT & Tax Management, banking activities, bill preparation, and assisting with purchase-related activities with on-time entry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure day-to-day record keeping in accounting software Tally and take back up of data on a regular basis.

  • Maintain books of accounts electronically in compliance with statutory requirements

  • Ensure all types of company-related Treasury Functions going on a timely manner

  • Fund flow, monitor cash management, timely adjustment of advances such as fund receipts and disbursement.

  • Prepare or review the payments bills/invoices, expenses summary, vouchers, the status of outstanding advances.

  • Verify different types of travel statements/claims and account for the same.

  • Ensure timely deposit of statutory payments to the respective authorities

  • Preparing statements (receipt-payment, income-expenditure, balance sheet) and filing returns as applicable including all VAT and Tax

  • Prepare different types of bills, delivery challan

  • Play roles to ensure payments from the clients and prepare realizable and realized amounts and prepare weekly basis analytical report

  • Verify stock and purchase and confirm the stock report of used materials, assets, and raw materials.

  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements on a weekly/monthly basis.

  • Periodically assess the efficiency and effectiveness of finance, accounts and administration procedures regarding the delivery of technical activities on time and at optimum cost;

  • Comply with all organizational rules and regulations and organizational policies and procedures relating to finance, Accounts and administration,

  • Must have knowledge of prevailing VAT and tax regulations of our country and experience of regulations applicable to the Company

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with accounting software;

  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in accounting, financial planning and management, and procurement

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience;

  • Any other assistance concerning accounts and finances as required by the authority.
