Responsibilities & Context:
Executive Associates is reputed corporate law firm, is looking for an enthusiastic and capable individual for the position of Accounts Executive. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company’s financial discipline, ensuring compliance with government VAT and TAX regulation and supporting financial operation.
Work Context & Responsibilities:
Record and report financial transactions following accounting rules and regulations.
Handle fund disbursement through Banking Channels and Mobile Financial Services (MFS)
Ensure Financial Discipline and adherence to company policies
Prepare and maintaining documents for annual audit and renewals,
Generate monthly financial report and take necessary actions accordingly.
Support management in maintaining overall financial transparency and efficiency.
Monthly salary calculation and salary sheet prepare and submission on bank.
Loan ledger maintain.
