Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and issue invoices for cable sales, services, and projects in a timely and accurate manner
Verify sales orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents before billing
Ensure billing aligns with approved price lists, discounts, and credit terms
Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports
Follow up with clients for payment collection as per credit policies
Coordinate with the Sales and Collection teams to resolve discrepancies
Maintain daily records of received payments and update customer ledgers
Enter billing-related data into the ERP/Accounting system accurately
Maintain up-to-date customer account information and transaction histories
Assist in monthly closing activities by ensuring billing completeness
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and receivable reports
