Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

• Chartered Accountancy Course Completed (CA CC)

• Partly qualified candidates(ICAB) will given preferences.

• Review & monitor internal control systems and recommend improvements.

• Conduct pre-audit of procurement, contractor bills & supplier payments as per company policy.

• Verify civil contractors’ bills, supplier bills and check work volume & accuracy against BOQ.

• Frequently site visits to evaluate contractor performance, project progress & work quality.

• Verify financial records, stock movement and ensure data authenticity.

• Participate in physical verification of inventory and fixed assets on project sites.

• Conduct market survey for physical rate verification.

• Prepare concise and comprehensive audit reports with observations, evidence & recommendations.

• Follow up on implementation status of audit findings and report progress to management.

• Perform any responsibilities assigned by management as required.
