Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAB/ICAEW.
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognised university.

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or manufacturing sector.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/IAS, taxation laws, RJSC compliance, and financial analysis.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines with accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are a leading and reputed organization in the real estate sector, committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting, compliance, and corporate governance. We are looking for a dynamic and competent professional to join our Financial Reporting & Compliance division as General Manager (GM).
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly accounts.
Review and finalize monthly accounts of the Head Office (HO) and all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
Submit monthly financial reports to the Management within stipulated deadlines.
Ensure timely preparation, review, and completion of annual statutory financial statements.
Ensure full compliance with applicable financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Submit statutory financial reports to Management within the approved timeline.
Oversee all RJSC-related matters, including statutory filings, compliance documentation, and regulatory submissions.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of annual returns and other corporate documents.
Assist in the preparation, compilation, and review of IPO-related documentation and disclosures.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required for IPO compliance and reporting.
