Experience:

  • 7-8 years in Sales, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Experience in Real Estate, Premium Banking, or High-End Automobiles is highly preferred.

Skills: 

  • Mastery of the Dhaka Real Estate Market (RAJUK regulations, registration processes, etc.).
  • Commanding presence with exceptional public speaking and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bitrix24, or internal ERPs).

Responsibilities & Context:

Role Objective

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving revenue by facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of premium properties within the BTI Brokerage portfolio. This role requires a high-energy professional who can build long-term relationships with HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients and provide expert market insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Proactively identify and reach out to potential buyers and sellers through cold calling, networking, and following up on company-generated leads.

  • Property Portfolio Management: List and market secondary properties, ensuring all documentation is accurate and the property is presented at BTI’s premium standards.

  • Services: Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed market analysis, investment ROI, and legal/procedural guidance.

  • Negotiation: Act as a bridge between buyers and sellers to negotiate prices and terms that ensure a win-win closure.

  • Sales Software input: Diligently update the system to track lead progress, meeting notes, and sales pipelines.

  • After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the legal and registration teams to ensure a smooth handover process for the client.
