Education:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CA/CMA partly qualified preferred).

Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 35 years
Minimum 7-8 years of practical experience in VAT, preferably in Plastic/Polymer industries.
Strong understanding of VAT Act 2012, VAT Rules 2016, and NBR circulars.

Primitek Group is a renowned manufacturing company in Bangladesh. For the business expansion, we are inviting business-oriented employee who have must experience in the VAT.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee VAT compliance activities across the business units of Primitek Industries Ltd.
Ensure full compliance with VAT laws and regulations applicable to the plastic/Polymer Industries.
Manage a system for receiving and dispatching products with proper Mushak Challan, ensuring compliance.
Monitor and control VAT activities, calculations, and payments for accuracy and compliance.
Generate, review, and update various VAT reports regularly.
Maintain and oversee VAT statutory registers for PIL.
Maintain all VAT related register as per New VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to keep records in NBR approved E-VAT software.
Maintain all VAT related works (Example: Mushak 4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.10, 7, 9.1 & all others books paper) and deduction of VAT.
Provide accurate VAT information, statements, and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with departments to integrate VAT considerations into business processes.
Stay informed on government and business regulations affecting the company`s operations.
Monitor the VAT compliance team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management, providing expertise and support as needed.
Responsible to complete any other tasks assigned by the Management.
