Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Update ERP/Inventory Management System regularly.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for critical spares to avoid production downtime.
- Receive materials from vendors and verify against purchase orders and invoices.
- Check for quality, quantity, and specifications before acceptance.
- Coordinate with QC/Engineering teams for inspection of technical items.
- Ensure proper storage of materials following safety and quality guidelines.
- Arrange materials systematically (FIFO/FEFO) for easy access and reduction of waste.
- Issue materials to departments against authorized requisitions.
- Record and update issuance details in ERP/software.
