• Only Male

• Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management software will be given preference
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of material handling will be given preference

Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Update ERP/Inventory Management System regularly.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for critical spares to avoid production downtime.
• Receive materials from vendors and verify against purchase orders and invoices.
• Check for quality, quantity, and specifications before acceptance.
• Coordinate with QC/Engineering teams for inspection of technical items.
• Ensure proper storage of materials following safety and quality guidelines.
• Arrange materials systematically (FIFO/FEFO) for easy access and reduction of waste.
• Issue materials to departments against authorized requisitions.
• Record and update issuance details in ERP/software.
