Responsibilities & Context:
Receive, store, and deliver crop inputs to growers; maintain proper documentation and SAP updates.
Validate warehouse receipts and manage daily dispatches to GLT.
Maintain accurate stock balances through physical and SAP reconciliation.
Supervise seasonal workers; ensure proper workforce allocation and task performance.
Coordinate with IT, EHS, and Engineering to ensure availability of tools, equipment, and resources.
Prepare daily/seasonal warehouse reports and support operational decision-making.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with JTI standards and safety procedures.
Follow IMS, EHS, and company policies; ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
