Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
Excellent Visualization, Ability to read drawing and engineering documents
Analyze and repair malfunctioning mechanical equipment.
Read and interpret diagrams, and schematics to construct mechanical systems.
Ability to take ownership for all Mechanical equipment maintenance.
Problem solving, people management, communication skill.
Knowledge on Assemble, evaluate, test, and maintain mechanical equipment
Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot and restore operation swiftly to minimize downtime and meet downtime KPIs.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance; plan and execute weekly maintenance activities.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults; install and commission mechanical systems and new parts as required.
Continuously monitor forklifts and other material‑handling equipment in the responsible area and report issues without delay.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and machine hygiene; uphold 5S3R practices and compliance with applicable codes.
Manage spare‑parts availability across locations; provide technical support for new machine installations and controls.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance for planned and unplanned breakdowns; implement weekend maintenance during season; identify quality defects for vendor control and ensure compliance with standards/specifications.
Uphold EHS requirements: follow safety policies, use PPE, conduct risk assessments, ensure 100% LOTO during maintenance, report hazards/incidents, and participate in EHS walkthroughs to improve site safety.
