Certified in Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency

• Age 24 to 40 years

-Knowledge on operating and maintenance of WTP, Boiler, and Compressor

-Excellent Visualization ability, Ability of troubleshooting

-Analyze and repair malfunctioning equipments.

-Ability to understand P&ID, isometric and electrical drawing

-Excellent interpersonal communication skills

-Basic knowledge in MS office package

1. Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of utility systems (boiler, air compressor, and Water Treatment Plant [WTP]) and respond promptly to breakdowns.

2. Monitor and maintain steam, water (including Total Dissolved Solids [TDS] and chemical treatment), and compressed air systems to ensure efficient and leak-free performance.

3. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and planned servicing to keep equipment in optimal condition.

4. Maintain accurate utility records, including Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) consumption, system logs, and spare parts inventory.

5. Ensure continuous monitoring of equipment during operations and promptly report and escalate any issues.

6. Maintain workplace cleanliness, equipment hygiene, and readiness before and during operations.

7. Support installation and commissioning of new machines and provide technical assistance during maintenance activities.

8. Ensure compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) standards, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements, and company policies, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Integrated Work System [IWS]).
