Experience preferable in Hygiene Products (Sanitary Napkin & Baby Diaper)/ Pharmaceuticals/ Cosmetics products manufacturing industry
Candidates must have experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001:2015), Statistical process control & knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
Responsibilities & Context:
Establish and maintain quality control procedures and protocols from raw materials to finished products
Oversee the manufacturing process and conduct regular inspections
Ensure quality standards, specifications and calibration of lab equipment
Analyze data on product quality, identify trends, investigate root cause of any quality related issues
Supervise the quality control team, provide training and guide on quality standards and procedures
Communicate quality issues effectively and provide solutions to relevant stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction and cost optimization related to quality
Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner
Any other task assigned by Supervisor
