∎ MSc in CSE from any Public University.
∎ BUET will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and plan the ongoing development and implementation of the garments fully integrated ERP system and help define crystal clear software usage roles for the internal team of the group.
∎ Monitor, review, and analyze existing ERP system effectiveness based on end-user feedback and help enhance the system functionality to ensure that end-user requirements are satisfied.
∎ Maintain end user authorization roles, running training sessions and workshops on system processes.
∎ Analyze the database structures and SQL queries, write queries, and measure the query performance.
∎ Update and maintain all ERP functional documentations. Create system guidelines and manuals for the organization.
∎ Generate various departments reports using Power BI using database query and other external tools.
∎ Monitor and Maintain different ERP and Database Servers & services.
∎ Test and Implement ERP modules.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to generate ERP team.
∎ Should have knowledge of complex Structured Query Language (SQL) and strong background in any RDBMS database like Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL etc.
∎ Should have knowledge in Power BI or any data analysis tools.
∎ General knowledge of the garments industry, and how operations in the production process are carried out. (Optional).
∎ Proficiency in any programming languages (optional, but highly preferable).
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills in the field of IT management.
∎ Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and tasks within the expected time frame.
