Additional Requirements: Experience with at least 10+ years in quality management, with at least 5 years in knitwear/lingerie.
Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, sewing, cutting, finishing, and quality control.
Experience working with international buyers (Europe/USA) is preferred.
Expertise in AQL 2.5/4.0, ISO 9001, and social compliance audits.
Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, sewing defects, and fitting standards.
Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., PDCA, Fishbone Diagrams, Pareto Analysis).
Excellent communication in English (for buyer reports).
Responsibilities & Context: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems for Knitwear and Lingerie production.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as AQL, ISO, BSCI, WRAP, as well as buyer-specific requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, BV, Intertek).
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (6σ), and 5S methodologies to minimize defects and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as defect rate and rework levels, driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
- Train, mentor, and guide the Quality Control (QC) team on quality standards, inspection protocols, and defect prevention techniques.
- Collaborate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related challenges effectively.
- Evaluate fabric and trim suppliers to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Address customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolutions to maintain buyer confidence and satisfaction.
