Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • In a senior role, you will be responsible for establishing quality control processes, systems, and routines that are in line with company standards, buyer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. • Oversee a team of QC professionals, and provide guidance and support to ensure that quality control processes are followed and maintained. Your team must be in control of their tasks, orders & all other execution activities. • Responsible for monitoring/conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure that they meet or exceed expectations. • Reviews quality team performance data to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Draft corrective action plans and discuss them with management before implementation. • Close coordination with other stakeholders, including production, merchandising, and sample technologists to ensure that quality control processes are integrated throughout the organization. • Responsible for managing and maintaining all quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and inspection records. • Ensures that the company is in compliance with all regulatory requirements, and participates in regulatory compliance activities as needed. • Responsible for the team’s effective & efficient working that should be actively contributing in companies goals & business execution plans.
