- Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university Candidates with academic backgrounds in Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design, Merchandising, or Textile Engineering will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context:
Product Development & Merchandising
- Manage product production for Knit and Woven categories
- Analyze fashion trends to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain regular TNA follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding approvals, production status, and shipment updates
- Collaborate closely with fabric, planning, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist management in preparing buyer-ready reports and presentations
Process & Performance Improvement
- Identify process gaps and suggest practical solutions to enhance efficiency
- Support the Director and team in implementing operational improvements
