Responsibilities & Context:
Product Development & Merchandising
Manage product production for Knit and Woven categories
Analyze fashion trends to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain regular TNA follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery
Communication & Coordination
Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding approvals, production status, and shipment updates
Collaborate closely with fabric, planning, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
Assist management in preparing buyer-ready reports and presentations
Process & Performance Improvement
Identify process gaps and suggest practical solutions to enhance efficiency
Support the Director and team in implementing operational improvements
