Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead & and deal with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control, in-line inspection, pre-final, and final inspection.
∎ To develop the quality manual or methodology, SOP, Physical testing standard, and different quality tools.
∎ To plan, monitor, audit, and ensure quality standards in coordination with production, R&D, and Product Engineering Department.
∎ To monitor product quality through raw material in-house to finished goods.
∎ To understand different buyer's specifications & requirements.
∎ Other responsibilities given by Management
