Experience:

• At least 2 years

• MSc. in Chemistry/ Food Science/ Pharmacy/ Biochemistry. Candidates from public universities will get preference

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Work experience in QC/QA department in any reputed FMCG/Pharmaceutical Company will get preference        

• Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali       

• Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite Packages

• Collect samples and conduct quality analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products and others according to approved procedure       

• Check and ensure that the entire process of floor sanitation, cleanliness and hygienic conditions are properly maintained as per specifications       

• Check and ensure that CIP is completed correctly prior to production       

• Check the quality of products in process and ensure all chemical tests (Brix, Acidity, pH, density and packaging integrity), physical and organoleptic properties are conformed to standard specification       

• Check and ensure the packing, labeling and coding are done as per prescribed standards       

• Validate & qualify the equipment and analyze the test methods       

• Conduct calibration of all equipment inside Quality Control Lab       

• Maintain inventory & manage the laboratory accessories, reagent and instruments       

• Create, review and manage the SOPs and keep record       

• Investigate out of specification results utilizing structured problem solving and root cause analysis       

• Support GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, critical hygiene procedure and ensure its effectiveness       

• Take part in all related activities to implement Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System in the factory       

• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
