∎ BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform mechanical maintenance of semi/full servo type PLC based hygiene products manufacturing machine
∎ Perform maintenance of sanitary napkin and baby diaper production machineries
∎ Ensure all the machine, equipment and firefighting system of the factory are properly functioning
∎ Perform maintenance of different types of knife, emboss sealing roller & shape cutter roller
∎ Keep a historical record of machine breakdown and take remedial actions of production machines and utilities
∎ Maintain and look after workshop repair activities
∎ Operate and maintain of pneumatic value & electro-pneumatic system
∎ Prepare monthly maintenance report and maintain documents as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements
∎ Assist in purchase plan of spare parts, lubricating agent, utility materials & others
∎ Maintain the usage record of the spare parts
∎ Ensure routine maintenance of diesel generator, air compressor, WTP with consumables availability
∎ Take initiative to achieve target for KPI improvement
∎ Perform any other duty entrusted by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proven work experience in maintenance role in reputed hygiene/FMCG/paper manufacturing industry
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with proven work experience in any hygiene and paper manufacturing industry
∎ Should have sound knowledge on CAPA,5S and KAIZEN
∎ Should have knowledge on MS application, Auto CAD 2D & 3D
Salary: Negotiable
