∎ Purpose of this role: The Assistant Manager/Sr. Officer, Human Resources, will be responsible for assisting in the smooth functioning of the department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ideating, Implementing, and Monitoring, a fair, equitable and competitive total Compensation and Benefits package for the current and future employees.
∎ Ensuring proper Performance Management and Performance Appraisal of incumbents.
∎ Keeping the Employee Benefits and current practices updated according to industry standard in compliance with the labor law.
∎ Facilitating in the payroll process.

∎ Supporting in all aspects of the employment process and other HR functions.
