Ltd. is a fast growing manufacturing company in Northern part of the country and producing high quality Plywood, Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF), and Particle Board, Melamine Chip Board and Veneered Board. We are looking for Sr. Officer-HR(Payroll) with the following requirements and qualificationDeep Knowledge and Understanding on Factory Payroll System Prepare monthly salary sheet. Daily absent attendance, late attendance & OT report prepare Monthly new join and migration status analysis report prepare Employee database management and personnel filing & managing HR related database Carryout the recruitment & selection process Maintain and continuously update Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS). Carry out other necessary administrative tasks as deemed important by the organization
