Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor Resin/Glue mixing production processes to maintain consistent quality and other chemical products.
- Conduct daily checks on temperature, pH, and hygiene parameters at various stages of processing.
- Perform routine chemical tests.
- Calibrate and maintain lab instruments (lactometer, Gerber centrifuge, pH meter, spectrophotometer, etc.)
- Maintain accurate test records, logbooks, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Work closely with production staff to identify and correct quality deviations.
- Supervise CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
- Prepare reports for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Ensure products quality or other regulatory standards.
- Handle chemicals safely and ensure proper disposal of laboratory waste as per environmental guidelines.
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
- Analytical chemistry techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of laboratory techniques, instruments, and analytical methods.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and instrumentation.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
