Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Chemistry

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Monitor Resin/Glue mixing production processes to maintain consistent quality and other chemical products.
• Conduct daily checks on temperature, pH, and hygiene parameters at various stages of processing.
• Perform routine chemical tests.
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments (lactometer, Gerber centrifuge, pH meter, spectrophotometer, etc.)
• Maintain accurate test records, logbooks, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Work closely with production staff to identify and correct quality deviations.
• Supervise CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
• Prepare reports for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Ensure products quality or other regulatory standards.
• Handle chemicals safely and ensure proper disposal of laboratory waste as per environmental guidelines.
• Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
• Analytical chemistry techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of laboratory techniques, instruments, and analytical methods.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
