HR and Payroll, Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture Manufacturer, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deep Knowledge and Understanding on Factory Payroll System
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet.
∎ Daily absent attendance, late attendance & OT report prepare
∎ Monthly new join and migration status analysis report prepare
∎ Employee database management and personnel filing & managing HR related database
∎ Carryout the recruitment & selection process
∎ Maintain and continuously update Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS).
∎ Carry out other necessary administrative tasks as deemed important by the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
