Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews.
∎ Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) accurately and confidentially.
∎ Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
∎ Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
∎ Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
∎ Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll support.
∎ Assist in HR policy formulation and implementation.
∎ Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
∎ Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant authorities (e.g., labor office, regulatory bodies).
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and HR best practices.
∎ Conduct internal audits and risk assessments related to HR practices and workplace conditions.
∎ Support social compliance audits (such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.) and coordinate necessary documentation.
∎ Develop and monitor internal HR compliance checklists and reporting mechanisms.
∎ Address compliance-related queries and concerns raised internally or by external auditors.
∎ Liaise with legal advisors and external agencies when required.
∎ HR Responsibilities:
