Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all projects.
Monitor project activities, maintain complete documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on all pending tasks.
Address tenants’ issues promptly, maintain regular communication, and ensure compliance with organizational rules and policies.
Coordinate and supervise security guards, cleaners, and other support staff to ensure discipline, safety, and cleanliness across all facilities.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative inventories, ensuring proper allocation, usage, and cost-efficiency.
Handle vendor management, service requests, and maintenance activities as required.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide administrative support to management for effective decision-making.
Ensure timely and efficient completion of all administrative tasks and operational requirements.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management related to administration, facility operations, or project support.
