Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc/BSc in Textile Technology or Merchandising/Bachelor's in Fashion Technology/Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Highly Experienced Candidate).
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having Profession Certification will be added extra advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Marketing and merchandising, Product Costing and budgeting, Production costing.

Job Context:
∎ A reputed garment manufacturing & exporting company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the following vacant position immediately.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Zirabo, Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guidance to the factory to understand and follow the system & procedures of brands.
∎ To ensure correct and on-time sample submission for confirmed orders and new development.
∎ Coordinate between factory production, raw material sourcing, Planning, material utilization team & another relevant team for smooth production.
∎ Ensure correct and on-time submission of all developments (garment, fabric, accessories, trims, print, embroidery, washing and all kinds of embellishments) with coordinated efforts among concerned production units and suppliers.
∎ Work with top management in formulating the new business strategy for the local market in accordance with the market trend, competitor's activities, etc.
∎ Monitoring sample development activities.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicant should have a minimum of 05 years' experience as a Sr. Merchandising in large garments Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments.
∎ Must have the capability to independently look after all customers.
∎ Have Good Technical Knowledge.
∎ Should have the ability to handle all development jobs of Merchandising.
∎ Technically sound on Fabric Quality, Consumption & Pricing.
∎ Must have experience in woven items.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel and Internet
∎ Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a long-term planner.
