Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certified.
Certification in SMV reduction, line balancing, and automation.

Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and optimize production processes for the Knitwear and Lingerie Divisions, ensuring operational excellence.
Ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to high-quality standards.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (6σ), and 5S methodologies to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
Supervise production planning, machine utilization, and workforce management to achieve maximum efficiency.
Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
Collaborate with merchandising, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to meet buyer requirements and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with international standards, including AQL, ISO, BSCI, WRAP, and other buyer-specific requirements.
Train, guide, and mentor team members on efficiency improvement techniques and best practices.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
