Demonstrated RSC compliance experience (e.g., audits, documentation, safety protocols).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintenance Management & Machine Expertise: Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance of Stentor, dyeing, knitting, boilers, chillers, generators, printing (all-over & digital), and embroidery machines. Diagnose complex mechanical failures and implement swift resolutions to minimize production disruption. Develop and execute a data-driven maintenance schedule, optimizing resource allocation and machinery lifespan.
∎ SOPs, Documentation & Compliance: Design and implement maintenance SOPs (standard operating procedures) for all equipment. Maintain meticulous records of maintenance logs, machine histories, spare parts inventory, and compliance certifications. Ensure adherence to RSC standards, including environmental, health, and safety protocols
∎ Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to align maintenance plans with production targets. Lead root-cause analysis of machinery issues with relevant departments to implement preventive measures. Manage relationships with external vendors for parts, services, and technical support.
∎ Team Leadership & Development: Mentor a team of technicians and engineers, promoting team spirit, skill development, and accountability. Conduct training on SOPs, safety practices, and new machinery. Drive a culture of continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).
∎ Strategic Initiatives: Analyze equipment performance data to recommend upgrades or replacements. Support sustainability goals through energy-efficient maintenance practices (e.g., boiler / chiller optimization).
