Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

• Diploma holders with strong practical experience may be considered.

• Training in Garments Finishing, Quality Control, or Lean Manufacturing preferred

• At least 3 years

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.

• Should have moderate knowledge about common Finishing machinery components.

• Need to have audit ability commensurate according to production volume.

• Must be efficient on dealing with subordinate manpower properly.

• Good knowledge/ awareness of Quality control policy & compliance terms.

• Must be capable to perform with under pressure & circumstance related strategy to overcome from any quality worse situation.

• Knowledge of finishing quality parameters (DHU, RFT, etc.)

• Supervise daily garments finishing operations including trimming, ironing, inspection, folding, and packing.

• Monitor finishing productivity and daily output achievement.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, and Planning teams for smooth finishing flow.

• Ensure proper packing methods, carton assortment, and shipment preparation.

• Monitor DHU, RFT, rejection, and rework performance within finishing section.

• Ensure timely finishing output to meet shipment schedules.

• Identify finishing defects and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure proper handling of garments to avoid stains, damages, and shade variation.

• Monitor manpower utilization and floor discipline within finishing section.

• Support implementation of lean tools (5S, Kaizen) and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, and quality procedures.

• Assist in audit preparation and ensure operational compliance.

• Train and guide finishing operators and supervisors for performance improvement

• Follow up weekly & monthly shipment plan chart as per PO ETD & plan for production accordingly.

• Fulfill every PO’s packing list as per booking quantity on time.

• Adjust leftover accessories in upcoming PO’s if possible.

• Balancing line layout based on present manpower.

• Check hourly production report to improve production & achieve day target.

• 100% review rejection garments and rectify.

• Check the daily attendance report of all workers & staff.
