• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a reputed university.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering may also be considered for trainee-level positions.

• Strong interest in industrial engineering and electrical maintenance operations.

• Candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency maintenance situations.

• Good understanding of electrical safety and workplace compliance practices.

• Knowledge of PLC, automation systems, and industrial utilities will be an added advantage.

• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and schematics will be preferred.

• Strong observation and troubleshooting capability.

• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and coordination skills.

• Willingness to work in factory environment and operational areas.

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Assist in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of factory machinery and equipment.

• Support in monitoring electrical panels, generators, compressors, boilers, and utility systems.

• Assist senior engineers in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of electrical systems according to safety standards.

• Monitor power consumption and report abnormal electrical issues.

• Assist in maintaining maintenance records, reports, and logbooks.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for operational support.

• Support installation and commissioning activities of electrical equipment when required.

• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with electrical safety standards.

• Learn and follow company engineering procedures and operational guidelines.
