Responsibilities & Context:
• Prepare monthly salary sheet for workers and staff
• Calculate attendance, overtime, and leave
• Check and match payroll with HR & attendance records
• Make necessary deductions (PF, tax, advance, etc.)
• Prepare bank advice for salary payment
• Ensure timely salary disbursement
• Maintain payroll records and reports
• Support audit and compliance requirements
• Handle employee salary-related queries
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Production team
