• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution will be given preference.

• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

We are a Knit Composite Garments Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Printing for the Printing of Knit Garments.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Directing the overall workflow including managing employees, establishing production schedules and overseeing quality control.

• Managing employees by providing guidance and feedback on how to improve their performance.

• Scheduling and maintaining production plan with RMG unit to meet shipment date.

• Improving process development day by day.

• Developing the record keeping process.

• Motivating the employees to maintain a good housekeeping.

• Monitoring the process to improve productivity

• Ensure smooth process development to reduce production cost and smooth work flow to reduce chemical wastage.

• Ensure development of new print technique.

• Ensure proper utilization of resources to meet monthly production target.

• Monitoring the processes to meet monthly target.

• Ensure risk analysis of print process before development & taking step in advance

• Developing the quality team to improve the product quality, decrease the DHU% & rejection %.

• Monitoring all production & quality parameters to ensure optimized production.

• Collaboration with all other departments, as and when required.

• You would abide by the SOP of Cotton On PETE/TREP/SOP-90.

• Any other tasks as assigned by management.
