Dynamic, sincere, self-motivated, decisiveness, able to run the Department independently
Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, etc.
Review all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises/reduce in consultation with dept heads. Implement any increases and promotions.
Maintain a succession plan for all departments.
Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline. Conduct occupational health referrals and providing pastoral support and advice to employees
Preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews.
Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed.
Preparing source documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits.
Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
Establishing, maintaining and controlling personnel, employees, recruitment relations records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts.
Meet and greet the clients and visitors.
Renewing of all licenses of the company every year, Maintain hard copy and electronic file system and updated all legal documents
Setup and coordinates meeting and conferences.
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
Provide office orientation for new employees.
Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangement for company visitors.
Follow up regular office cleanliness with the office assistants.
