Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Technology from any reputed University.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (BUTEX) will be given extra priority.

∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Laboratory testing, Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the Finishing department: production and quality to create a final product.
∎ Plan and organize daily production to ensure that product availability is on time as per agreed schedule.
∎ Provide training for the team in order to enhance performance and working discipline, as well as ensure work instructions, processes are followed strictly and product quality is stable.
∎ Develop the new process and technique in production process of finishing department.
∎ Control finishing parameter during bulk production on the basis of standard technical method.
∎ Ensure the quality of the fabric as per the fabric standard of buyer.
∎ Must have to work proactively with the key personnel of concern department & laboratory to ensure the quality requirement.
∎ In case of major problems, take the initiatives to solve or implement the alternative options.
∎ Recommending special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dyeing process.
∎ Ensure the dyed fabric quality according to the standard requirements.
∎ Ensure & arrange all types of test for the fabrics.
∎ Ensure harmless fabrics production which is totally free from RSL.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all machines by Maintenance department as and when required.
∎ Ensure fabrics dimensional stability as per buyer’s requirements.
∎ Ensure dyeing finishing production target on daily basis.
∎ Managing production, budget, inventory, service standards and improvement.
∎ Analyzing and reporting of production KPIs.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and spoken).
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications and internet.
∎ Sound knowledge on fabric Finishing.
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing Process and minimizing the rejections.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
