Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Job Context:
Paramount Group is seeking experienced, proactive, and result-oriented professionals to join its Internal Audit team as Manager – Internal Audit. The selected candidate will execute and lead risk-based audits across manufacturing operations, strengthen internal controls, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead risk-based audits across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, finance, and support functions.
Evaluate internal controls, business risks, SOP compliance, DoA adherence, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
Analyze production, inventory, costing, and material utilization to identify risks, losses, and control gaps.
Prepare audit reports, present key observations, and monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend practical process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Support annual audit planning, special investigations, risk assessments, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
