Responsibilities & Context:
• Supervise and manage field sales operations to ensure proper distribution and availability of products.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, sales surveys, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure product merchandising standards, stock availability, and timely delivery in assigned areas.
• Coordinate order collection, delivery follow-ups, and payment recovery with merchants.
• Train and onboard sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing insights to management.
• Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, coverage, and revenue growth.
