Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in Engineering/Science related subjects are preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to handle all production activities of Softline Packaging
∎ Extensive knowledge in Offset Printing and Heat Transfer Printing are preferred
∎ Expertise in Printed Packaging Color Quality Management
∎ Quality Management in Woven Labels, Offset Printing, Heat transfer and Narrow Fabrics production facility
∎ Managing Product test laboratory and 3rd party tests
∎ Achieving quality in process
∎ Wastage & rejection control management
∎ Handling inward raw materials inspection and pre-dispatch inspection
∎ Generating reports on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis
∎ Customer complaint handling.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in a factory producing Offset, HT, Labels, tags and narrow fabrics.
∎ Having sound product knowledge and experience working hands-on with products
∎ Ability to work under pressure when needed
∎ Assertive and experienced handling at least 350 members team
∎ Essentials:
∎ Has to be good with IQ.
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing in both Bangla & English
∎ Person with good experience/knowledge in mathematical computation is preferred.
∎ Candidate willing to stay close to Rajendrapur /Mirzapur area is preferred
∎ Good operating knowledge in computer applications, designing.
∎ Should be able to join immediately.
