Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Tannery/Footwear, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in recruitment and selection processes
∎ Assist in creating and implementing organizational development strategies
∎ Manage employee grievances and other personnel related issues
∎ Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
∎ Prepare HR-related letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration
∎ Coordinate all recruitment processes to ensure timely, optimal, and quality hiring according to the company's values and culture
∎ Prepare different reports, presentations, organization charts, and HR-related analysis
∎ Maintain HR information systems and employee records
∎ Facilitate and coordinate performance reviews and employee development programs
∎ Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel on employee-related and organizational matters
∎ Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company
∎ HR policies and government laws and regulations
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
∎ To handle the audit task i.e BSCI or SEDEX or others certificates related to Footwear Industries
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred who is working with a footwear company

Salary: Negotiable
