Tannery/Footwear, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use industrial engineering tools and methods to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of footwear manufacturing processes.
∎ Analyze work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and constraints in the manufacturing process.
∎ Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times for operations and develop production schedules.
∎ Develop and maintain production standards for labor and material usage.
∎ Work with production teams to improve work methods and training programs.
∎ Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure adherence to product specifications and standards.
∎ Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow charts and work instructions.
∎ Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
