Additional Requirements:
  • The candidate should have experience in FMCG

  • Good Communication skills both in English & Bengali

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines

  • Good Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws & Labor Rules

  • Should be proficient in Excel reports

  • Knowledge of HRMS is preferable



Responsibilities & Context:
  • End-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and compliance.

  • Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.

  • Develop and maintain standardized recruitment guidelines, tools, and templates for consistent practices across departments.

  • Identify skill gaps and develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet organizational objectives.

  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure business continuity.

  • Arrange Orientation for newly appointed Employees & Ensure Good Employee Relations with Newly Joined Employees.

  • Develop and maintain strong networks to attract high-quality talent across multiple channels.

  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
    Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.

  • Coordinate and participate Career Festival and Employer Branding Program on the University Campus and other Events.

  • Keep data-driven tracks and recommendations.

  • Maintain recruitment metrics.

  • Provide monthly Recruitment, Confirmation, and Contract renewal reports to the TA Team Leader.
