End-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and compliance.
Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
Develop and maintain standardized recruitment guidelines, tools, and templates for consistent practices across departments.
Identify skill gaps and develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure business continuity.
Arrange Orientation for newly appointed Employees & Ensure Good Employee Relations with Newly Joined Employees.
Develop and maintain strong networks to attract high-quality talent across multiple channels.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
Coordinate and participate Career Festival and Employer Branding Program on the University Campus and other Events.
Keep data-driven tracks and recommendations.
Maintain recruitment metrics.
Provide monthly Recruitment, Confirmation, and Contract renewal reports to the TA Team Leader.
