Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
∎ Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
∎ Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.
∎ Design, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training programs.
∎ Maintain training records and track effectiveness.
∎ Collate attendance, leaves, and other payroll inputs.
∎ Coordinate with the finance team or payroll software for accurate salary disbursement.
∎ Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements.
∎ Facilitate the performance appraisal process as per organizational policy.
∎ Support managers and employees in goal-setting and feedback discussions.
∎ Maintain performance records and generate analytical reports.
∎ Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
∎ Prepare and manage HR reports, letters, and official communication.
