Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Challan Posting & Ledger Maintain for all producers Prepare weekly/fortnightly/Monthly Store Consumption Report. Maintain Outsource Products/Producers details. Provide various Store/Purchase related report as per management requirement Provide all types of written & email communications to Producers/Management. Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control through computerized systems. Raw Store requirements arrangement with external producers. written & maintain all Finished Challan for consignment or procure products. Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling. Responsible for different external raw materials procurement activities. Various outsourced sample arrange and approved by Management. Any other tasks assign by Management.
