Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee marketing campaigns, programs, and activities within the business.
∎ Oversee advertising campaigns and their successes or failures.
∎ Strategize PR and activation for the brand and analyze media performance.
∎ Develop Marketing material for brand campaigns.
∎ Oversee social media accounts (social media marketing) and content marketing.
∎ Develop a target audience persona for our products and services for internal teams.
∎ Develop an annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing and sales plan.
∎ Increase sales while reducing the cost of acquisition.
∎ Determine the marketing initiatives and marketing budget for each quarter of the year.
∎ Lead the way when it comes to marketing automation and using the latest tools for business development, lead generation, and conversions.
∎ Work closely with content and creative teams and develop and manage content calendar while managing all marketing channels.
∎ Develop marketing strategies and marketing programs that align with previous market research and objectives of the leadership team.
∎ Break down marketing plans by quarter and propose strategic marketing plans.
∎ Oversee Google Analytics and ensure that online marketing campaigns are bringing interest from the correct target audiences.
∎ Analyze current marketing channels and the success of the campaigns against marketing budgets.
∎ Work with Internal & External stakeholders to gain customer insights and determine pricing strategies.
∎ Execute creative work with creative directors and measure brand awareness.
∎ Arranged Product photography and fashion shoot events.Any other assignments as per Management instructions
