Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist – Digital & Performance will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth across Singer | Beko’s retail network and e-commerce platform. The role focuses on performance marketing, media efficiency, AI-driven solutions, and data-led decision-making to ensure measurable ROI and sales impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Media Planning & Execution
Develop and implement full-funnel digital media plans aligned with annual marketing calendar and sales priorities.
Integrate digital campaigns with retail, dealer, and e-commerce initiatives to ensure unified consumer engagement.
Plan geo-targeted and hyper-local media campaigns to support retail stores and priority sales clusters.
Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely campaign launch and optimization.
2. Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth
Execute performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and optimize KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
Drive online sales, lead generation, and retail footfall through targeted digital initiatives.
Optimize media budget allocation to ensure maximum cost efficiency and business return.
3. E-Commerce Integration
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to increase website traffic and improve conversion rates.
Implement remarketing and customer journey strategies to reduce drop-offs and enhance purchase completion.
Support tracking, pixel implementation, and funnel performance monitoring.
4. Post-Campaign Performance Analysis
Conduct detailed post-campaign performance evaluations linking media metrics with business outcomes.
Prepare performance dashboards and present insights to management.
Generate data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. AI-Driven Media & Marketing Solutions
Implement AI-based targeting, automation, and predictive optimization tools.
Utilize advanced analytics for audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and forecasting.
Continuously explore innovative digital tools to strengthen competitive advantage.
6. Stakeholder & Agency Management
Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Product, Trade Marketing, Creative) for integrated campaign execution.
Ensure transparency in billing, reporting, and agency performance management.
Maintain strong coordination with regional and local stakeholders when required.
