The Head of Corporate Sales will lead corporate sales strategy and revenue growth for 300 Limited across Khanas, ME Water, and Tehari Khan. This role is responsible for strategic planning, corporate client development, distribution expansion, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance and sustainable business growth.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic performance reports for top management. Analyze sales performance and implement corrective action plans where necessary.
Corporate Sales Strategy Development
Develop and implement comprehensive corporate sales strategies for all concerns of 300 Limited to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
Revenue & Target Achievement
Lead the corporate sales division to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while ensuring profitability.
Brand Growth & Profit Maximization
Ensure strong brand positioning of Khanas, ME Water, and Tehari Khan in the corporate sector while maximizing revenue and market share.
Distribution & Channel Strengthening
Oversee distributor and channel performance, ensure efficient distribution systems, and expand retail and corporate coverage.
Market Expansion & Business Development
Identify new corporate business opportunities, expand into new sectors and territories, and strengthen market presence across Bangladesh.
Target vs Achievement Monitoring
Closely monitor sales performance against set targets, analyze variances, and implement corrective action plans to ensure consistent achievement.
Key Account & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with major corporate clients, institutional buyers, and strategic partners to secure long-term business agreements.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
