Responsibilities & Context:
Manage all sales staff of the outlet Decent customer dealing with customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints & lead to proper solution Assist in administrative & inter-departmental works as required
Prepare inventory report and sales report as per requirements
Communicate with senior official regarding target vs. achievement
Meet the target monthly and annual sales
Maintain & control the expenditure of the Outlet
Ensure proper security and compliance of the outlet
Keep the showroom neat and clean as per company standard
Execute any other jobs assigned by the Management.
