Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience as Vendor Manager in USA-based Property Preservation & Maintenance Sector (Vacant / Occupied / Commercial Properties).
Excellent managerial capacity to build and manage vendors effectively.
Additional requirements will be discussed during interview.
Responsibilities & Context:
Create, develop and manage a strong and operationally effective Vendor Base.
Coordinate vendors for Vacant, Occupied and Commercial properties.
Maintain regular communication with USA-based clients.
Ensure timely completion of work orders maintaining quality standards.
Monitor vendor performance and handle operational workflow effectively.
