Responsibilities & Context:
EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience as a Vendor Manager and/or Client Manager, plus two to three years of proven experience for Processors in the USA-based PropertyPreservation & Maintenance Sector (Vacant / Occupied / Commercial Properties).
2. Excellent Managerial capacity to build working relationships with Vendors & Clients and manage Vendors and Clients effectively.
3. Processors should be able to prepare the most cost-effective bids for clients approval.
4. We will discuss additional requirements during the interview.
Responsibilities
1. The Vendor and/or Client Executive should be able to Create, develop and manage a strong and operationally effective Vendor Base and Client Coordination.
2. The Vendor and/or Client Executive should be able to Coordinate Vendors and Clients for Vacant, Occupied and Commercial properties effectly.
3. The Vendor and/or Client Executive should be able to Maintain regular communication with USA-based clients.
4. The Vendor and/or Client Executive should be able to Ensure timely completion of work orders maintaining quality standards.
5. The Vendor and/or Client Executive should be able to Monitor vendor performance and handle operational workflow effectively.
